At Minds of Magic, we’re committed to making your experience joyful, simple, and stress-free. We offer both instant digital downloads and made-to-order physical products—each with its own set of policies based on how they’re fulfilled.
Please read below based on the type of product you purchased:
💻 Digital Products
(Worksheets, Printables, Digital Decor)
All digital downloads are non-refundable. Since these files are delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been accessed.

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to help resolve file-related issues (like download errors, formatting problems, or missing pages).
📦 Physical Products
(Journals, Mugs, Apparel, Pouches, etc.)
Our physical items are made-to-order and printed/shipped through Printify. Because these are custom items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size, color, or design ordered

Input errors such as incorrect shipping addresses
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders (Printify Policy)
We’ll happily replace any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective—at no additional cost to you.
To qualify for a replacement:

Once approved, your replacement will ship within 5–7 business days via Printify.
